Our Package

Rock & Roll is conducted by exercises trainers in a small-group setting of up to 8 participants per class, and comprises the following:

1. Small Group Exercises

Under the guidance of our exercise trainers, learn exercises that will help to enhance muscle strength, balance, and flexibility to prevent falls.

  • Building Muscle Strength
    Learn a set of exercises that are targeted at strengthening the core muscles of your pelvis, hips, abdomen, upper and lower back. These exercises will help you to better perform the movements required for everyday life such as climbing a flight of stairs, getting out of a chair, picking things up from the floor, as well as carrying of grocery bags.
  • Enhancing Flexibility
    Practise a series of stretching exercises to improve your flexibility and range of motion. During the trainings, our exercise trainers will check on your posture and alignment to ensure that the stretches are done correctly.
  • Improving Balance and Agility
    Engage in fun ladder drills to improve your coordination and reaction time.

2. Rolling Techniques

Learn a series of rolling techniques to minimise the risk of serious injuries in the event of a fall.
