Learn a set of exercises that are targeted at strengthening the core muscles of your pelvis, hips, abdomen, upper and lower back. These exercises will help you to better perform the movements required for everyday life such as climbing a flight of stairs, getting out of a chair, picking things up from the floor, as well as carrying of grocery bags.
- Enhancing Flexibility
Practise a series of stretching exercises to improve your flexibility and range of motion. During the trainings, our exercise trainers will check on your posture and alignment to ensure that the stretches are done correctly.
