Rock & Roll is conducted by professional therapists and comprises small group exercises to enhance muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, and practising of rolling techniques to minimise injuries and fractures in the event of a fall.
Rock & Roll is specially designed for people aged 50 and above and will be conducted in a small-group setting of up to 8 participants per class.
Rock & Roll (Full Programme)
24 training sessions over 3 months led by trained therapists, inclusive of 1 pre-assessment and 1 post-assessment
Rock & Roll (1 month sampler)
4 training sessions over 1 month led by trained therapists, inclusive of 1 pre-assessment
Classes commence on 9 April and will be conducted twice weekly at NTUC Health Silver Circle ActiveSG Gym
