Embark on an active journey with Tango! Improve your agility, mobility, and strength for everyday tasks with strength-building exercises, and to reduce the risks of falls and injury.

Our strengthening and fitness programmes are conducted with elder-friendly gym machines, which are safer and gentler on the elderly’s muscles and joints.

Powered by advanced technology, the machines are also be to measure your health-related attributes and improvement over time, allowing our trained professionals to make further recommendations.

You will first undergo a 1-on-1 consultation with our therapist who will assess your overall strength condition before prescribing you with a customized training regimen. Each of the subsequent training sessions will also be led by trained professionals.

Trainings will be conducted at a gym facility next to our Day Rehabilitation and Wellness Centre. It is located at Braddell Heights Community Hub, 264 Serangoon Central #01-207 Singapore 550264.

What we offer:

Customised Strength Training (Gym Tonic)
Gym Tonic is a specialized strength training programme, involving a prescribed set of routine exercises using our elder-friendly gym machines. Conducted over 24 training sessions in 3 months, with each session lasting 45 minutes, Gym Tonic has been scientifically proven to improve the functional abilities of seniors.

Strength Training Sampler
The strength training sampler, involving only 4 training sessions in 1 month, is a sampler option for those who would like to experience the fundamentals of strength training using the same set of specialized equipment designed for seniors.
